Franck-Stéphane has 10+ years’ experience in providing strategic advisory services, corporate finance, capital raising and transaction services to his clients. Over the past number of years, Franck-Stéphane has led and/or actively participated in designing or assessing strategic plans for companies, raising c.€2bn in equity and debt financings in Energy, Telecommunications, FMCG, the real estate sector for companies in 22 countries in Africa, France, and Belgium.
Franck-Stéphane is passionate about entrepreneurship and works closely with clients across several sectors in strategy, capital raising and transaction services allowing clients and businesses reach their full potential.Franck-Stéphane has worked closely with borrowers and lenders to deliver solutions in distressed cases, he is regularly engaged in debt restructuring assignments and independent business reviews as part of debt settlements and refinance assignments as well as operations on equity and strategy.Franck-Stéphane also runs a The GSLTB Foundation which aims to support orphanage, young people in labor markets as well as empowering young entrepreneurs to help them improve their life conditions.
